Aldea at Jackson is located on the corner of Date Ave. and Jackson St., just blocks South of Highway 111 in the city of Indio, CA.  The community and homes were constructed by the GHA Paloma Group a well established builder who has built many communites across the valley.  Aldea at Jackson was built in approximately 2003-2004 and consists of 62 single family residences  The entire communities perimeter is block walled with the entrance/exit being secured by a single car access Homeowner activated security gate.  Aldea at Jackson is Homeowners Association governed which help maintain the community and protect homeowner's home values with a community code of conduct.  For additional and in depth HOA requirements contact: (Kim Pullies at (760) 567-0865).

The HOA dues for Aldea at Jackson are $175 per month which are needed to maintain the homeowner's front landscaping, community entrance lanscaping/security gate, pool/spa maintanence, and common areas/BBQ area.
